A note on support
We're an independent guide, not a VPN provider, so we can't access your account, process refunds, or fix a subscription — for anything tied to your specific account, contact your provider's support directly. What we can do is help you understand how a feature works or point you to the right setting. And because VPNs are a privacy topic, please don't email us sensitive personal details; a general description of the problem is always enough.
